This policy applies to exhibitors and sponsors as well as attendees.
KetoCon does not issue refunds under any circumstances. Any and all payments made to KetoCon are not refundable for any reason, including, but not limited to, failure to use KetoCon tickets due to illness, failure to exhibit due to acts of God, emergency disaster declarations, travel-related problems, and/or acts of terrorism.
Tickets are transferrable. If you have registered to attend KetoCon 2023 and are unable to attend, you have the option sell or gift your ticket. Transfers will be accomodated until March 1st of 2023.
To transfer your ticket, email help@ketocon.org with your confirmation number, along with the full name,email address and cell phone number of the new ticket holder.
