Join us at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday morning for a Relaxation and Gentle Movement class!
Yoga is the process in which we engage to understand our body and mind and how quintessentially they are connected. Your body, in the way it moves and how you use it.
We open up our minds. Understand where we instinctively and habitually go. We can work with our emotions and notice how we react to the sensations. Only then, we can build upon that energy and bring space. Stop just responding to stimuli all of the time. The keto diet is much like yoga. We all have a different idea, practice, and implication. Let’s connect on a parallel plane.
This class will not be extreme in anyway. There will be people of all skill levels, and, first and foremost, we want to make sure everyone is moving safely. We will focus on breath, intention, and strong postures.
What you will need:
• Comfortable clothes you can move in
• An open mind
*Mats will be provided to all Daily Yoga participants.
About the Instructor:
Elyse Mullins is an RTT200 hour certified yogi and an active member in the keto community.
She received her certification in January of 2017 and has been working to spread her message of yoga since. She is a bit untraditional, a little corky, and heavily rooted in breath and grounding.
